Dickies: a brand with heritage that has been around for almost a century. It’s evolved with time while remaining true to its core theme over the years – quality workwear.

Starting with bib overalls in Texas, the brand with the horseshoe logo was worn by workers and later even the U.S. Army wanted Dickies for their uniform. In the 50s the label was known in Europe too and the ‘Chinos‘ became Dickies bestseller. Today the signature pieces are still the Bib Overall, the work pants and shirts.

Although it’s clear that workwear pants are intended to be worn while working, there is no limit to what kind of work this can be. During the flourishing era of hip hop in the 90s and 2000s, famous rappers like Snoop Dog or Ice Cube could be seen wearing full sets of Dickies. Adopted by skaters, who benefited from the robust fabric and loose cuts, the brand finally owned its firm place in pop culture and the streetwear scene.
