We apologize if you are not happy with the product you purchased from BSTN. Of course, you can return products in this case. We are also happy to assist you with any warranty claims.
If you would like to make use of your right to return, you can easily register your return within 14 days via our returns portal.
For international returns from the United Kingdom, a return fee of £12,99 will be deducted from the refund. All webshop orders are shipped from our main warehouse (Germany). Therefore it is not possible to return or exchange online orders in our physical stores.
For international returns from Canada and the US, the customer is responsible for the respective return costs.
If your country is not listed in the Returns Portal country selection, you have to create a label with a carrier of your choice and return your order on your own costs. In this case you will need to register your return online via our Portal but no label will be provided.

Please note that returned items will only be accepted unworn in their original condition. The shoebox is also part of the purchased item, so please always double-box your returns. All goods will be inspected on return and a full refund can only be paid if handled correctly.
Please keep in mind that we do not pay the shipping costs for international returns from Canada and the US!
If you paid by advance payment or instant bank transfer, we will need your bank details for the refund. Please provide them during the return registration.
Once the return has been received by us, it will be inspected, and the refund will be initiated. We strive to process all returns as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 5 working days (after we receive the goods) for processing.
