Jae Tips and Saucony are back for round six – and once again, the Bronx native turns personal storytelling into sneaker design. The ‘Flowers Grow Uptown’ collection translates the energy of his home borough into a floral narrative that celebrates both growth and grit. What started as a tribute to the Bronx has evolved into a reflection of how his partnership with Saucony continues to blossom.
The ProGrid Triumph 4 anchors the collection with three colorways: a peach-colored ‘Virginia Creeper’, a purple ‘Perilla’, and a green ‘Sugar Maple’, each nodding to plants found around his neighborhood. The palette captures different stages of plant life, symbolizing the growth of both the city’s greenery and Jae’s journey as a designer. Each pair features floral logos on the midfoot, ‘UPTOWN’ lettering on the lateral heel, and ‘SAVIOR’ lettering on the medial side. Finished with Saucony’s retro runner tooling, the pack brings the Bronx to bloom, one petal at a time.
The Jae Tips x Saucony ‘Flowers Grow Uptown’ collection releases at BSTN on Friday, October 10th. Pick up your pair via the button below!
