Joe Freshgoods and New Balance reunite for another chapter in storytelling through texture and tone – this time with the 2010 ‘Bag Lady’. The silhouette arrives in soft off-white and muted earthy hues, channeling the look and feel of something timeworn, loved, and carried through a few lifetimes.
Built from recycled wool-blend textiles and mesh, the upper brings a rugged yet cozy energy, accented by patent leather hits and a black molded ‘N’ logo. Underfoot, an artificially sunbleached ABZORB midsole – complete with SBS cushioning and a translucent Stability Web – keeps things comfortable. Light pops of red break up the neutral base and round out the pair, which comes with standard laces, a textured fuzzy lace option, three extra lace sets, and optional custom JFG lace chains.
