Following up on multiple colorways of a unique lowtop edition dubbed the Air Jordan IV RM, the Jumpman and Nigel Sylvester have teamed up yet again for another collaborative pair of fours – classic specs edition, this time around – dipped in Firewood Orange and Cinnabar colors.
The “Brick by Brick” colorway is a representation of Nigel’s belief in tenacity and progress in sports, culture, and philanthropy – as evidenced at the Go Ride event he hosted at the BSTN flagship store in London last year. Just like the brick-themed special edition shoe box these fours come in, it matches the brick aesthetic of New York City, where Nigel Sylvesters journey commenced.
While this release features classic Air Jordan IV characteristics like the mesh-inspired details (backed by 3M on this colorway) and floating eyestays, it also has a mini Swoosh on the outside of each toe box. As a special personal touch fans have come to expect from a Nigel Sylvester release, his ‘Bike Air’ heel branding replaces the traditional ‘Nike Air’ logo.
