The AJ III ‘Rare Air’ comes with a color palette featuring Chile Red, Neutral Grey, Military Blue, Coconut Milk and Black. The upper boasts black tumbled leather, while the toe-guard and the heel feature smooth suede in hues of grey instead of the usual elephant print. Hits of ‘Coconut Milk’ can be found on the midsole atop a grey rubber outsole equipped with the classic star texture. The iconic molded heel tab, the visible Air unit, as well as an inverted ‘Nike Air’ logo on the right heel alongside a regular one on the left heel round out the pair.
