While it’s dubbed the ‘Playoffs’, this iconic colorway of the legendary Air Jordan VIII had its most memorable moment during the 1993 NBA Finals. After each player went for 42 points in game two of the series, Michael Jordan took his battle with Charles Barkley to the next level by dropping 55 points in game four, setting the Bulls up for their third title in as many years.
And now, just like MJ a few of seasons later, it’s back! From the classic Bulls color scheme to the eight’s characteristic graphic patterns on the heel and on the bottom of the outsole, this one is flying in off of the top rope of nostalgia.
