AIR JORDAN XI LOW LEGEND BLUE

San Antonio, 25 years ago. An iconic sports venue. The NBA in the middle of its well-documented golden era. Two teams overflowing with Hall-of-Fame level talent. A head-turning jersey that screams 90s as well as instant classic. At the center of it all, Michael Jordan at the peak of his power and well on his way to seventy-two and three more rings. And on his feet, an instant-classic colorway of arguably the most popular shoe of all time, worn just once for this special occasion.

Originally dubbed the “Columbia” at the time of its original (1996) and first retro release (2001), this distinct Air Jordan XI with its clean white upper and light blue details received a slightly altered version that featured a distinctly bluer outsole titled “Legend Blue” in 2014. Now, the fan-favorite colorway makes its debut on the silhouettes lowtop version in the all-new Air Jordan XI Low “Legend Blue”.

Naturally, the iconic Jumpman logo on the ankle is missing on the lowtop for obvious reasons. But key elements of the original, like the white upper and crisp patent leather mudguard paired with legend blue details, remain the same. While a special “25” print on the insole pays homage to the anniversary of the iconic game at the Alamodome, the icey-blue outsole brings the classic silhouette into the present.
