Part of Bad Bunny’s adidas Gazelle City Series, whose three pairs all celebrate places in Puerto Rico, the ‘Cabo Rojo’ colorway delivers island vibes in homage to the part-time wrestler’s singer’s homeland. And while the two other colorways were Puerto Rico-only releases, the ‘Cabo Rojo’ finally gives the rest of the world a taste of the City Series:
Called Cabo Rojo (‘red cape’ in English) in reference to the reddish colors of Puerto Rico’s eponymous seaside cliffs on the island’s southern coast, the shoes come clad in head-turning light pink tones across the premium suede and leather upper. Featuring the model’s characteristic flipped T-toe atop a translucent gum sole, lateral ‘Cabo Rojo’ lettering in gold rounds out the pair.
