While it’s obviously way (way!) too early to talk about potential ‘sneaker of the year’ candidates, the chance that a Nike Dunk will rank among the top of the list seems like more than an informed guess at this point. Recently, we’ve seen classics like the Viotech make a comeback as well as new collaborative interpretations and Travis Scott’s highly anticipated take on the model is just around the corner.
The Nike Dunk is clearly in the midst of a resurgence!
Up next is a retro-take on another classic, the “Plum” Lows, originally released back in 2001 as part of an esteemed line of co.jp colorways. The crowd favorite from the “Ugly Duckling” pack returns for the first time as a low-top and keeps things gratifyingly close to the original with the use of premium suedes on the various shades of purple.
