The first iteration of the series was ASICS’ first shoe to feature 360-degree GEL technology in the midsole. Its upper construction was modified with closed-mesh inserts and minimal branding to give the shoe a more dimensional look with greater depth. The midsole, featuring its 360-degree GEL technology unit, has been retained but updated with FF BLAST PLUS cushioning for improved comfort underfoot.
