Some collaborations are about creating something completely new. Others are about looking at familiar pieces from a different perspective.
For our first collaboration created exclusively for women, BSTN teams up with American Vintage to rework a selection of the French label’s everyday staples through a distinctly BSTN lens.
The result is a collection that doesn’t try to reinvent either brand. Instead, it focuses on the details that make familiar pieces feel different – considered updates to fit, color and detailing, finished with subtle co-branding throughout.
A SHARED APPROACH
American Vintage has built its identity around relaxed silhouettes, natural materials and an effortless approach to everyday dressing. BSTN brings a street-informed perspective shaped by sport, culture and the way people actually wear their clothes. The collaboration sits somewhere between the two.
Natural fibers meet garment-dyed finishes. Relaxed proportions meet subtle updates. Familiar wardrobe staples are given just enough of a shift to feel new without losing what made them work in the first place. The idea is simple: take pieces that already have a place in your everyday rotation and reconsider them through a different lens.
The collection comes to life through a group of women from our BSTN Fam, each bringing her own energy, personality and perspective to the story. Thank you for being part of this journey!
THE COLLECTION
At the center of the capsule is the American Vintage Vito sweater, reworked in two new colorways. Its relaxed silhouette and understated character make it a natural foundation for the collection, while the updated colors give the familiar shape a fresh identity.
Alongside it, the Hoktown jacket and Hoktown vest bring another layer to the collection. Designed with the same relaxed sensibility, they add structure without feeling overly formal – pieces made to move naturally between different parts of the day.
Completing the capsule is the Comow pant, rounding out a wardrobe built around versatility, comfort and considered simplicity. Across the collection, subtle co-branding connects the two worlds without overpowering the pieces themselves.
