Built on one of the brand’s most recognizable trail silhouettes, the XT-6 brings together Salomon’s technical performance heritage with our own perspective on sport, design and culture. With its iridescent upper that shifts hues with the light the shoe is made for the space between worlds – from city streets to trails, from night to morning.

5 AM isn’t about waking up early. It’s about the hour when the night is still alive and the day is just beginning. When the last song has played, the first light starts to hit the horizon and there’s still somewhere else to go.
That feeling of possibility is where the ‘5 AM’ story begins. One experience naturally becoming the next. No plan, no expectation – just the feeling that the night isn’t quite over yet.
THE XT-6: FROM TRAIL TO STREET
The XT-6 was born for the trail. Growing out of Salomon’s XT Wings lineage, the silhouette was developed by the brand’s S/LAB team for elite trail runners and debuted in 2013 as a technical shoe built around stability, grip and long-distance performance.
When the XT-6 returned through Salomon Sportstyle in 2018, its technical DNA found a new context. The details remained – SensiFIT, QuickLACE, Contagrip and Agile Chassis – but the shoe began moving far beyond the trails.
For us, that’s exactly what makes the XT-6 such a natural canvas for this collaboration. It doesn’t need to choose between performance and culture, or between the outdoors and the city. It has already earned its place in both.
