After starting out as as series of fairly technical running silhouettes, adidas‘ ZX series has established itself firmly in every-day sneaker culture. By combining the DNA of a timeless adidas Originals classic — the ZX710 — with today’s innovative materials, the ZX 2K Boost represents the past, present, and future all rolled into one.
Where the original ZX710 featured an EVA forefoot with a PU heel stabilizer, the ZX 2K Boost merges a full length coated boost midsole with a soft TPU heel. For the inaugural release, the timeless green and white colorway is transferred to an engineered mesh upper and stretch mesh tongue. Capping everything off are matching green laces and sockliner.
