AIR JORDAN V ‘FIRE RED’

While more recent retroes have featured the Air Jordan V’s silver tongue, the latest version of the ‘Fire Red’ opts for the black version to continue celebrations of the legendary silhouette’s 35th anniversary.

Both versions of the ‘Fire Red’ colorway of Jordan’s fifth signature shoe were released during the initial roll-out, however the silver-tongue version did not feature the fan-favorite number 23 embroidery on the lateral heel. Other characteristics, like the icy translucent outsole and the iconic mid-sole design remain true to the original.

The black-tongue version did see a retro release back in 2013, but this all-new drop marks the first time since the original debut in 1990, that it will feature the iconic Nike Air branding on the heel.

The Air Jordan V ‘Fire Red’ releases at BSTN on Saturday, September 13th, in a full family size-run including Mens, GS, and PS sizes. Pick up your pair via the button below!
