Continuing the theme of early sample stages of some of the most iconic Air Jordan silhouettes of all time, the ‘Rare Air’ series adds a new twist to fan-favorite models while paying tribute to the earliest phases of the design process. Following executions of the Jordan I, Jordan III, and Jordan IV, the legendary Air Jordan XI is the latest signature model to get the ‘Rare Air’ treatment.
Bearing light resemblance of the unreleased ‘Twilight Blue’ sample from 2000, the pair features a white leather upper paired with a Deep Royal Blue patent leather mudguard. Fire Red accents appear through a Jumpman logo on the collar and on parts of the outsole. Eyelets spelling out ‘JORDAN,’ rope laces matching the Muslin-tinted translucent outsole, and a Sail-colored midsole round off the design.
