Sports and culture collided at the Munich Powered By 8 event from Nike and BSTN. On the eve of the grand final, the Munich sneaker and football community was treated to a one-of-a-kind customization experience including a live performance by German rap sensation Reezy.

In anticipation of Saturday’s big game, fans lined up around the block as Munich’s Utopia was tuned into a tuning garage, including monster trucks, garages, and four customization stations.

These stations – allowing the event guests to truly make their Nike Air Max DN8 or football kits, including PSG and Inter Milan, their own by creating true one-of-one Nike staples, entirely free of charge – included:

> The DN8 station, personalizing each pair of Nike’s latest Air Max staple through artistic airbrush designs.

> BSTN: Munich’s own paid homage to football culture by creating bespoke jerseys through print guns.

> Interhood, football connoisseurs from Berlin, channeled the spirit of the game by fusing PSG and Inter jerseys to create one-of-a-kind keepsakes of culture.

> Talk Nice, all the way from London, added to the same Inter and PSG kits used in the grand final through a mix of heat press and airbrush customization.

In addition to the exclusive performance by Reezy, guests were also treated to live sets by DJ Rose Mary, DJ Johanna, and Anaïs B, creating a night to remember in celebration of football culture with the local streetwear and sneaker community.

Thank you to our Munich Fam for showing love and for our friends at Sunst and at Utopia for going the extra mile with us!
