NIKE DUNK HIGH ‘WU-TANG’

First released in 1999, the ‘Wu-Tang’ Nike Dunk occupies a mythical place in sneaker history: Clad in the Clan’s iconic color scheme, Black and Yellow/Gold, just a hundred pairs were produced for promotional use only and as an hommage to the Staten Island rap group. The pair consequently became highly sought-after, so much in fact that not even Wu mastermind RZA could get his hands on one anymore. Now, for the first time ever, the grail pair finally makes a glorious return with official assistence of the Wu:

The 2024 edition builds on the original from 1999, featuring subtle updates: the bee-‘pollen’ yellow – a nod to the group’s moniker ‘Killa Bees’ – on the upper comes in a deeper shade this time, while the black ‘W’ logo on the heel is positioned at a slightly different angle. A custom tongue label with the logo and a white midsole atop a polen-coloured outsole round out the pair.

The Nike Dunk High ‘Wu-Tang’ releases at BSTN on Saturday, November 9th. For your chance to purchase a pair, make sure to enter the BSTN Raffle before Friday, November 8th, at 2 pm CET via the button below.
