THE FOOTBALL EDIT VOL. 3

Football culture was never only built on pitches and inside stadiums. It lives just as much around the moments that surround the game – in conversations across dinner tables, in neighborhood gathering spots and wherever people come together to support something bigger than themselves. Rounding out the BSTN Football Edit, the final chapter turns its attention toward another essential part of football’s cultural fabric: community.

For the Mexico gear of adidas’ latest throwback football collection, BSTN linked up with Taqueria con Salsa – one of Munich’s most authentic destinations for Mexican food, culture and atmosphere. More than just a restaurant, it has become a gathering point where familiar faces, shared traditions and a sense of community come together naturally.

Set within its kitchen and dining room alike, the editorial explores another side of football culture – one built around identity, passion and the moments shared before, during and long after kickoff. Because much like great football culture, great food has always been about bringing people together. Passion, tradition and a shared sense of belonging travel well beyond borders – whether carried through ninety minutes on the pitch or across a table surrounded by friends and family. Viva el fútbol.

To fittingly celebrate the final chapter of the Football Edit, BSTN, adidas and Taqueria con Salsa will join forces this Thursday, June 11th, for a special watch party as Mexico takes on South Africa:

Expect fútbol, tacos, drinks and plenty of atmosphere. Because some matches are simply best experienced together.
