Shades of grey

Black on black on black
While putting together a single-colored look is the trickiest with bold colors, the safest way to go is the classic black-on-black. And as the cold season has officially begun here in Europe, why don’t make it special with a long black puffer coat?

To keep a monochrome outfit interesting, combining materials and textures is a good idea: The men’s look on the right combines a puffer jacket and track pants in just the right variation of grey to match perfectly. The fact that both are made from light weight fabrics adds to the harmony of the look.
But we don’t have to overcomplicate things: The women’s look* pictured here, consisting of the same puffer jacket but with the matching padded pants, is a perfect no-brainer. And that’s exactly what we need sometimes, especially on a busy morning when there’s absolutely no time for dozens of outfit choices. Just add a black shirt for underneath and you’re good to go!
