The reissue of the New Balance 1000 brings a classic from the turn of the millennium out of the archives. Released in 1999, the 1000 embodied the bold, futuristic design of that era with a streamlined yet detailed design. The original design with a mesh upper and synthetic overlays has been inverted, with mesh underlays protruding from the eye-catching overlay panels for a sophisticated, technically inspired look. A segmented sole with ABZORB cushioning in the heel and forefoot and a Stability Web midfoot shank provide cushioning and stability.
