Important information on instalments or “pay later”: We do not offer these options directly via our shop. However, you can use such payment models (e.g. instalments or payment within 30 days) directly via the payment providers PayPal, provided they are enabled for you there.

Yes. Protecting your data is our top priority: All data is transmitted with SSL encryption. We process your payment exclusively via certified payment service providers.
In addition, we only accept Visa and Mastercard payments via 3-D Secure (Visa Secure / Mastercard Identity Check). The system checks whether your card is enabled for 3-D Secure and redirects you to your bank for confirmation. The card is only charged after successful authentication – otherwise the order will not go through.
You can also use PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay with us. In these cases you enter your payment details directly with the respective provider, not with us.

Your invoice is always enclosed in printed form in your parcel. You will also receive it as a PDF attachment together with your shipping notification by email.
