Stone Island's down jacket with hood is made of Nylon Metal. The trilobal structure of the nylon yarn, the gray coloring in the weft and the black in the warp are the reason for the metallic and iridescent look of Nylon Metal, one of the most versatile fabrics from Stone Island's textile research. The finished garment undergoes an elaborate dual dyeing process that gives its fibers and fabric accessories different shades and intensities of color. The jacket was padded with the best down, which thanks to a special treatment also withstands the dyeing. The addition of a special agent in the dye bath provides a beading effect of the garment. The hood with visor has embroidery of the inscription Stone Island and a drawstring at the edge. In addition to several pockets with zipper, which is covered by an elastic band, the jacket is equipped with ribbed jersey cuffs and a drawstring hem.
