The ASICS GEL-KINETIC 2.0 combines Y3K-inspired design elements with modern cushioning technology for everyday wear and every movement. Overlay elements from classic 2000s running models are reinterpreted as PU structures, giving the shoe a technical, contemporary aesthetic inspired by iconic ASICS running series such as GEL-KINETIC and GEL-FRANTIC. The focus is on the repositioned Scutoid GEL technology, which sits directly under the foot. Based on pressure analyses, it ensures improved load distribution, thereby noticeably increasing comfort. The system is complemented by an FF BLAST PLUS midsole, which is enclosed by a TPU TRUSSTIC cage, thereby optimizing cushioning, stability, and impact protection.
