The Poly-Colour Frame Down-TC hooded jacket from Stone Island is made from warp threads of shiny nylon and weft threads of coloured polyester. The different tension of the threads creates a 3D effect and a check pattern in relief, which is highlighted by the metallic iridescence of the piece dyeing of the jacket. The addition of a special agent in the dye bath gives the down-lined jacket by Stone Island a beading effect.
