The Sella by ROA, named after the mountain range of the Sella Group in the Dolomites, combines lightness and breathability with durable rebound and excellent traction thanks to the combination of two Vibram's technologies: traction lugs and Megagrip for the outsole and a two-piece split EVA midsole that allows the upper to cover the sole in the heel area like a wedge, blurring the boundaries between the lower and upper. The latter was developed in collaboration with Texon, which brought in its proprietary ProWeave Jacquard process to create a customized, one-piece woven upper with different thickness ranges to provide the necessary foot support.
