The adidas Samba is no longer just what it originally was: a soccer shoe. The original model was designed in the late 1940s by adidas founder Adi Dassler. These were specially developed to give soccer players more traction when they had to play on ice-covered fields. Today, the Samba is an integral part of the streetwear scene. This version features a knit upper, a T-shaped toe area made of soft leather, and a terry cloth lining. The jagged 3-stripes and the characteristic natural rubber outsole continue the legendary style.
