The Penn Parka from Carhartt WIP is made of a water-repellent polyester cotton fabric. It’s lined with nylon ripstop and padded with artificial down for extra warmth. Its hood, waist and hem are adjustable. The parka is also equipped with two front pockets with snap buttons and a zippered pocket on the left sleeve. A woven flag label completes the design.
