This Champion hoodie is a reissue of the Reverse Weave model that received its second patent in 1952. Known as the 'After Hooded Sweatshirt', it features a hood attached to the ribbed edge of the neckline. Design details such as the sewing in of all edges and the special seam arrangement in the hood go back one-to-one to the original production in the 1950s. The neckline label exactly reproduces the patent numbers of the Reverse Weave system and the Expansion Gusset inserts. The print design is also based on authentic vintage products and the left sleeve has no C logo patch in accordance with the original specifications.
