The HOKA One One Challenger 7 has been redesigned from the ground up to bridge the gap between road and trail. It combines a simple mesh upper construction with a soft foam and has a raised stack height for a softer feel. It also features the brand's own rubber on the sole unit and a newly designed outsole that can conquer any terrain. For the sole, the designers were inspired by gravel tires: Smaller, denser lugs in the center of the sole are complemented by larger, more aggressive lugs on the edge. This ensures better grip on uneven terrain.
