Part of a handful of 2022 Nike Cortez releases celebrating the 50th anniversary of the model, this new interpretation of the Cortez opts for a futuristic approach courtesy of sacai. Overall, the sacai x Nike Cortez 4.0 manages to keep most of the Cortez’s signature features while simultaneously adding next elements that create the aforementioned progressive design. Much like past sacai x Nike collaborations, the highlighted features of the sneaker is the double-layer detailing which can be found on the laces, Swoosh branding, tongues, midsole and ankle collar.
