US Customers: 

All deliveries to the US are duty free deliveries and prices include all custom fees. Fedex deliveries to APO/FPO points are not possible.

UK Customers:

All deliveries to the United Kingdom and Switzerland include a duty-free delivery service. For deliveries to the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the price of the item includes the country-specific tax. In case of returns, customs duties and handling fees will be refunded by BSTN. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Other Non-EU countries:

All deliveries to other third countries (non-EU) are tax-free exports according to German Turnover Tax-Act § 6 Nr. 1 UStG. For deliveries to other third countries (non-EU) additional taxes, fees or custom duties are possible - BSTN is not liable for these costs. Customers should check possible details with local customs and tax authorities before placing their order.
