The Stone Island MEMBRANA 3L TC is a hooded jacket made from Membrana 3L TC, a lightweight, three-layer functional fabric consisting of an outer layer of matt nylon laminated to a breathable, water and wind-repellent membrane. The membrane is in turn protected by a wafer-thin polyester layer. Piece dyeing gives the outer layer a unique color. The high-performance properties of the inner membrane are retained. A special active ingredient is added to the dye formula to give the garment water-repellent properties.
